Q: Do I have to bring my own firewood?
A: We have firewood bundles on site for purchase of $15.00+tax but, if you wish to provide your own you are welcome to do so.

Q: Am I allowed to bring my pet?
A: Yes, we are a pet friendly resort with the cleanliness of the property and cabins in mind.

Q: Is there a boat launch?
A: There is a boat launch just up the street from the property. You are welcome to launch your boat/seadoo from there and park your boat/seadoo on our dock.

Q: How do I check in?
A: Upon arrival, please locate the main office to check in. You will be asked for payment, receive the keys and sign any necessary waivers. (Please see the site map for the main office location)

Q: What are some items that I might want to bring?
A: Wireless Speakers, Camera, Bedding, Sunglasses, Board games, Cards, Toiletries, Sports Games (Frisbees/Footballs), Snack foods.

Q: Is there air conditioning in each cabin?
A: Yes, each cabin has their own air conditioning unit.

Q: Where is the first aid kit located on the property?
A: The first aid kit is located outside the main office. Upon check in, we will show you where it is located if it is needed.

Q: Is there parking on site?
A: Yes, there is a parking lot on site (please see site map for location)

Q: Is the Wi-Fi included within our stay?
A: Yes, The Heart of Muskoka provides Wi-Fi to our guests staying on our property. Please inquire for the Wi-Fi password upon arrival
