As a family owned and operated resort, our mission is to help you create memories worth repeating.  Established over 50 years ago, the Heart of Muskoka is nestled between the trees on Three Mile Lake, with just steps away from the waters edge on the property’s private beach. This cottage features eight cabins on 10 acres of luscious green grass with all the amenities one could imagine, like paddle boats, kayaks and canoes, a volleyball court, water trampoline and fire pits.

   We are the perfect break from your usual day to day, giving you a treasured place to unwind with nature.  Located in the heart of Muskoka, you will have access to all the great towns Muskoka has to offer in less than 20 minutes driving distance.  This includes Bracebridge, Port Carling, Gravenhurst or Huntsville, giving you plenty of options for day trips, golf courses, shopping, restaurants and walking trails. 

  Our cabins provide guests with stunning lake views and mesmerizing sunsets. They are also smoke free, pet friendly and include a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. This includes a propane barbecue, air conditioning units, satellite TV, wireless internet, and patio furniture.  Just bring your towels and linens!

  Take advantage of the fresh air while getting a little exercise and making new friends. There is a play area for children to swing, slide, and play. As well as a large sports field that is perfect for tossing a frisbee or playing catch. In addition, we have a full size volleyball court, plus two horseshoe pits for your enjoyment. If you are fond of fishing, we have a fishing boat on site to rent or you are welcome to bring your own.  Three Mile Lake is known for its great bass, pickerel and perch. We also provide life jackets and sand toys.

You can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the summer sun, or the glow of an evening campfire with your family and friends.  Whether you want to sun, swim, fish, read, day trip, or just simply kick back- the Heart of Muskoka is the place for you.
